The financial transaction was quite significant with a value of $810 million offered to BH as reinsurance premium to remove the risk of investment movements on the State and creating job opportunities in South Australia. Assisted with all activities of the transaction with BH setting up an office in Adelaide for its Specialty Insurance division in July 2019.
