Ralph and I go way back to the 1970's. Going to the same technical school, college and we even worked together at a Hilton Hotel in Trevose, Pa. He then worked at a private country club after I left the club after 18 years. There are very few from the old school that truely believe in "The Right Way To Do It" and deliver 100% guest satisfaction.We were schooled that way and Ralph continues to envoked these principles in his work and every day life.
