    With the advent of the Submarine Through-Life-Support Contract, the scheduling and cost analysis functions within the Project Control Department were split. As part of this move, I took on a more technical/operational role ensuring ASC’s scheduling and cost management functions successfully transitioned from submarine construction to that of maintenance. In addition, this included revisiting the company’s use of MRP-II concepts and practices in both production and procurement to satisfy the increased turnaround times required for maintenance work.
