InQ Services is an innovative startup based in McLean, VA. Their mission is to build a cutting-edge B2B SaaS platform for industrial IoT sensor management. For our capstone project, we are partnering with them to build a 0 to 1 product that distinguishes inQ from its numerous competitors, while remaining deeply rooted in human-centric design principles and ensuring a delightful user experience.• Delivered a 0-to-1 ecosystem of B2B SaaS desktop and mobile apps that leveraged spatial context and AR to make facilities managers troubleshoot problems more efficiently• Led 5 design workshops for client which enabled strategic decisions on features of the MVP• Liaised with inQ’s product managers and CEO on a weekly basis• Developed information architecture and high-fidelity prototypes, parallel-prototyped 10+ concepts, tested with 15+ users, and analyzed quantitative and qualitative test data • Conducted over 30 interviews in the domain of industrial IoT and delivered research insights that reshaped inQ’s value proposition
