It has been 11 years since my first assignment in Human Resource Management and it has been 8 years with Veena World.Since joining Veena World I have gained abundant practical experience in rolling out appraisal cycles, managing payroll process, formulating policies, managing employee communication and managing induction of seasoned and senior joiners. Year after year I have been instrumental in getting the right talent into the organization - from drafting job descriptions to conducting evaluations; from deciding compensations to communicating offers. At Veena World, I have also had the opportunity to implement Human Resource ERP system. I have been responsible for vetting and shortlisting technology companies, negotiating the price, planning the project, gathering and communicating requirements, testing, implementing and going live. I have a good understanding of the goals of the management and also the business needs of the organization. I work towards tailoring the HR functions to meet the requirements of this rapidly growing enterprise.Things are pretty dynamic in the corporate world and my experience and understanding gained while working here have equipped me to catch up with the increasing pace and changes that keep happening in a growing organization.
