Furthermore, I participate with internal CFT Team for new paint line project and new machines projects; assuring outgoing product quality and resolving assembly line as well as paint shop internal quality issues within stipulated time. Achievements:* Significantly contributed in getting Best Plant in Global Quality Improvement and Performance Award by achieving 0KM & On-field PPM Targets less than the targeted value in 2014 (Reduction in 0KM Claims)* Magnificently refurnished paint line based on customer requirements (customer claim) * Effectively passed process audit and got approval from JCB India, CAT India and Hitachi Japan for new business* Accelerated QRQC Approach in PHPVT for problem solving (customer claims)
