Handled successfully Change Orders (modified the system also) worth QR 15-20 million for each project. Gas Compressor Upgrade (including New Dry Seals, rotor & control system upgardes),  2- Phase separation to 3-phase Separation of Wellfluids – modifying separators in situ,  Overhaul of Shutdown, Drains & Instrumentation Control Systems to provide latest SMART instruments as per Lord Cullen Report (Post Piper Alfa accident, UK Offshore),  New processing facilities and modification of existing facilites,  Overhaul of existing production facilites and sturctures to cover all Plant Change Requests of 3 previous years incluidng design, procurement & construction under shutdown Design modifications during projects due to plant changes without as builts Completion of in situ changes during installation period ( plant under shutdown) as per production staff’s preference Management of all offshore personnel, coordination with Production, Planning, Maintenance, Safety, QA/ QC, etc. departments for various approvals and logistics Closing all Punch list itmes where work could be accomplished without major shutdown, and  As-built Records (FIRST time in QP) prepared with Production’s concurrence
