    I worked on the Genesys Voice Platform(GVP) platform during my stay at Genesys. Genesys Interactive Voice Response solutions provide a cost-effective, efficient platform to deliver a personalised customer experience while reducing operating costs, increasing productivity, and even generating new revenue. GVP is an advanced software-only solution that unifies web and VoIP telephony networks to enable new and powerful voice self-service applications. It provides high-performance call processing and media services for the development of next-generation voice applications in customer service. Plus, Genesys Voice Platform can extend self-service beyond the traditional Interactive Voice Response (IVR) application through integration with other communication channels to carry context forward and provide a seamless omnichannel experience. My responsibilities included:• Development and testing of new features and enhancements in Computer Telephony Integration Connector, CTIC, a component of Genesys Voice Platform.• Testing (Manual and Automated) - preparation of Test Scenarios and Test cases for the functional requirements of the system.• Developed an automation framework to do automated testing of CTIC, resulting in a 95% reduction in the manual testing effort required before every new GVP version release.• Handling Customer/QA related issues and to replicate the issues for developing the fixes.• Product Specification and Functional Documents preparation, maintenance and update.• GVP and Angel CX(customer experience) platform integration to merge multiple product lines and open the door to a new segment of clients from medium and small enterprises• Development of new functionalities, Implementation and Deployment of the Angel CX platform and providing bug-fixes.• Won the Team Award for security dynamic code analysis at Genesys, May‐2014
