    As an Assistant Production Manager, my roles are to manage daily production operations for screw and barrel manufacturing, ensuring quality and efficiency.It also includes implementing production schedules, tracked progress, and adjusted workflows to achieveproduction targets while maintaining a safe and positive work environment. Currently i am leading a 25 member production team who are responsible for assembling Plastic recyclingextruder components, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality.My job also includes overseeing the inventory management of Extruder components (Screen changers, Electricmotors, Gear boxes, Pulleys, etc) and spare parts.In addition with I have to Coordinate the dispatch of extruder machine with logistics team ensuring timely delivery to the client’s production facility.My duty is to Manage procurement of screw barrel materials for production, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing by maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Other roles are Communicating with customers to address inquiries, provide production updates, servicesand technical support regarding Plastic recycling machines and its components, fosteringstrong customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.I have also took part in assisting in the planning and execution of new machine models or modifications for theExtruders and its components as per customer requirements.

    As a Design Engineer for SVS Cleanrooms, my job was to read and interpret construction plans and schematics for new construction projects. This included Heat Load calculations to determine how much heating and cooling power various equipment must put out in order to heat or cool spaces when needed.Additionally, I was also responsible for determining costs for heating and cooling systems and write up detailed budget estimates.. This included answer questions, present budget bids, and make recommendations about heating and cooling systems to customers.My duty was also to coordinate with consultant for the material inspection, site inspection and processing the approvals. I also acted as a resource for the site supervisor, providing the information for the execution of the design.

This included inspection, resolving technical issues and ensuring 100% operational excellence of the vehicle before the delivery. I also assisted sales department with the delivery and issuing of parts for vehicle. I worked closely with the customer to understand their specific needs and provide technical solutions to meet those needs while servicing the vehicle. To sum up, it was a challenging experience and i enjoyed working with customers to help them with their concern regarding servicing as well as delivery of their vehicle.
