At Imperial Dade, I supervised and managed all functions related to the headquarters’ merge that formerly known as Dade Paper Corp. As a General Manager, I oversaw all sales and marketing operations to drive sustainable business growth. Demonstrating broad scope of industry knowledge, I implemented best practices and procedures to effectively manage P&L. Additionally, I led efforts to build, strengthen, and maintain customer relationship. Some of my key contributions are as follow:☛ Simplified processes to maintain solid operations and revenue while protecting employees’ salaries under adverse economy and atmospheric conditions in Puerto Rico, including Government bankruptcy, Hurricane Maria (Cat 5), droughts, Earthquakes on Southeast of the Island, COVID-19 pandemic (able to vaccinate 90% of employees at early stage), managed employees’ migration to other countries avoiding shortages. Participated at professional organizations and associations to maintain Imperial Dade relevant in the market to include: food service, hotel, restaurants, supermarkets, manufacturing (pharmaceuticals). Implemented disciplines and doctrines to maintain operations 24/5 days a week.
