    At Imperial Dade, I supervised and managed all functions related to the headquarters’ merge that formerly known as Dade Paper Corp. As a General Manager, I oversaw all sales and marketing operations to drive sustainable business growth. Demonstrating broad scope of industry knowledge, I implemented best practices and procedures to effectively manage P&L. Additionally, I led efforts to build, strengthen, and maintain customer relationship. Some of my key contributions are as follow:☛ Simplified processes to maintain solid operations and revenue while protecting employees’ salaries under adverse economy and atmospheric conditions in Puerto Rico, including  Government bankruptcy, Hurricane Maria (Cat 5), droughts, Earthquakes on Southeast of the Island, COVID-19 pandemic (able to vaccinate 90% of employees at early stage), managed employees’ migration to other countries avoiding shortages. Participated at professional organizations and associations to maintain Imperial Dade relevant in the market to include: food service, hotel, restaurants, supermarkets, manufacturing (pharmaceuticals). Implemented disciplines and doctrines to maintain operations 24/5 days a week.

    During this tenure, I led turnaround wholesale distribution company with annual revenues over $34M and directed sales and marketing functions for disposable, janitorial, chemical products, and equipment. Leveraging my key expertise, I defined corporate vision and devised branded leadership strategy that advanced growth in niche industry (hospitality, restaurant, manufacturing, supermarket, and retail).Some of my key contributions are as follow:☛ Determined and resolved the significant instability within the 90-member team and saved significant costs.☛ Enhanced main resources to become profitable and stable in the market as the last intent to avoid operations shutdown in Puerto Rico:☛ Managed by attrition employee template 57% improvement (from 137 t0 77 employees), 58% improvement downsizing truck fleet and routes logistics (28 to 14 trucks), and increased sales by 137% (from $16M to $38M).

    During this military experience, I guaranteed training and readiness of the personnel by offering all resources, guidance, and support. Additionally, I oversaw and closely monitored all other areas of the Puerto Rico National Guard that comprised of 8,000+ citizen-soldiers and full-time work force.Some of my key contributions are as follow:☛ Headed other units of the PRARNG, including Joint Forces Headquarters, 92nd Maneuvers Enhancement Brigade, 101st Troop Command, and 191st Regional Support Group.☛ Commissioned as Second Lieutenant from the ROTC program and demonstrated leadership skills while commanding at battery, battalion, and group levels and occupied mayor staff positions.

    I supervised and managed a strong force that comprised of 2,400 soldiers accountable for conducting multinational operations in the global war against terrorism known as Operation Noble Eagle / Endurance Freedom in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Furthermore, I guaranteed effective management and execution of various functions, including logistics, human resources, intelligence, IT, medical, legal, security, and budget.Some of my key contributions are as follow:☛ Developed force protection teams accountable for providing 360-degree defense across treacherous choke points as well as pier side security.☛ Led in-depth analysis of feedback and lesson learned to determine training gaps. Initiated training on rules of engagement, weapons qualification, and military personnel into a mission certified ship security force.
