I am also involved in developing their verbal and non-communication skills, stress and time management. Besides, I am mentoring interested students in several selected research projects and provide career counseling to the students.I conduct faculty development trainings and workshops in small groups and in the form of individual consultations to upskill their curriculum design, assessment methods and implementation of various instructional activities. Moreover, I empower faculty members to enhance their research skills as well as navigate career opportunities in clinical and academic pathways through applying personality-based mentorship .
