( Secretarial help)9. Ensure that the pre-procedure Documentation are in place, as per hospital NABH requirements, 10. Post discharge Telephonic Wellness feedback calls are made for Primary and Cross Referrals and recorded.11. Ensure Operation Record copy is handed over to all procedure performed patients.12. Ensure Monthly Analytics of General Surgery and Surgical GE Department is submitted by 5th of each calendar month.13. Monitoring Registrations, Diagnostic conversions to Procedure.
