Bio
Ross Etchells
Rachel and I were colleagues at Innovative Software Engineering for a number of years. During this period she demonstrated her ability to analyze and understand highly complex problems, and put a great deal of care and attention into crafting effective, customer-oriented solutions. She was always an extremely highly valued member of any team she worked with, and picked up new skills, concepts and technologies quickly as our various projects often demanded. Her technical ability, willingness to help others and effusive personality make her a joy to work with on any project, and I have no doubt that any team she works with in the future will be lucky to have her.
Beth Ritter Ruback
Rachel and I were colleagues at The Crisis Center of Johnson County for four years. She is an excellent collaborator, with a strong strategic focus and critical analysis skills that result in outstanding project planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts. Rachel is a skilled trainer who seeks to accommodate multiple learning styles in her presentations and materials in order to maximize effectiveness. Her counseling skills are outstanding and inform her ability to work with individuals in any setting. Rachel is also warm, friendly, and funny. Truly an asset to any team.
