Assess and maintain skin integrity to surgical wounds, burns, and infections such as fasciotomies, open abdomens, and necrotizing fasciitis. Initiate post-op care and education to liver/kidney transplant patients. Facilitate organ donations with MTS. Guide patients and their family through the process of withdrawing care while fostering dignity and comfort.
