    - Hired and managed seven organizers, spanning across Reno and rural Northern Nevada, and maintained the highest active volunteer numbers in the state, with 479 active volunteers completing 1,162 shifts during the initial 5 months of the campaign.- Wrote and implemented the statewide fellowship plan, working closely with the organizing director, to improve fellow recruitment, retention, and output, culminating in 122 fellows completing the 10+ week program over the summer and fall.- Developed, experimented with, and adjusted a targeted regional door-to-door voter registration program, which improved the ratio of Democratic to Republican registrations in Washoe County and was consequently implemented statewide.- Cultivated and sustained political relationships in Northern Nevada, including Carson City and Douglas County, to achieve organizing priorities in rural areas where volunteer organizations were previously underdeveloped.
