    In addition to the duties listed in the Program Director position below, I am also responsible for the administration of more than $600k undergraduate scholarships, serve as Director of our academic support center (the Becker Academic engagement Success Center), serve as Coordinator of our First Year Seminar course, and oversee administrative support to nearly 20 business student organizations. I developed and teach a Teaching Practicum course designed for undergraduate students to gain professional and leadership skills through mentorship.     Responsible for leading the strategic undergraduate recruitment and retention initiatives for the John Chambers College of Business and Economics. This work in enrollment management includes the supervision and assessment of recruitment strategies to attract students to the BSBA and BS in Economics programs (see my former role as Undergraduate Recruitment Specialist), as well as the strategic planning and vision, coordination, execution and evaluation of student success programs designed to retain students and help them persist to graduation. I design, organize and coordinate the selection, responsibilities, meetings, activities, and events for the Chambers Ambassador Program.
