Having joined the firm shortly after acquisition, I was instrumental in building the marketing department to support the directives of the corporate office, while simultaneously advancing the brand of the local office. I worked independently, with other marketing professionals in multiple locations, supervised subordinate employees, and collaborated with other administrative departments to achieve collective firm goals. I also had budgetary responsibilities, including both annual planning and managing costs during the year.
