Provide regular coaching and mentoring for professional development.- Identify and directly address deficiencies in PM’s performance in meeting expectations. Implement Hayden Homes Human Resources path for documenting repeat deficiencies.- Regularly visit PM’s worksites to ensure alignment with schedule, quality, safety and cleanliness expectations- Be available to provide as needed assistance for PM’s- Establish short and long term professional goals with PM’s to be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
