Manufacturer of flexible woven semi-bulk packaging (FIBCs).As Plant Manager, I learned the critical aspects of product design and its relation to safety, handling and customer satisfaction. I oversaw all conversion (cutting and sewing) production, product quality and efficiency. I maintained a smooth manufacturing flow with emphasis on maximizing output with minimal inventory levels. I recruited, hired and managed all production personnel and maintained Human Resource records. As Sales Representative, travelled a 5 state region marketing products and developing new chemical, mineral and food processing accounts in a fledgling industry of semi-bulk packaging. Focused on customer satisfaction and solving product performance issues, I generated $4M+ in new business within a short time frame.
