    Consumer safety Inspector IIC (Inspector In Charge), my primary duties are to independently perform post mortem and anti mortem evisceration dissection inspection of poultry, cattle, sheep, goat, hogs also further processing. HAWAII CERTIFIED USDA WILDE LIFE SPECIES EXOTIC HUNTING HARVESTING ERADICATION FIELD ANTE-MORTEM HUNTER INSPECTION; i.e. ( EXOTIC HAWAII AXIS VENISION DEER , HAWAII MOLOKA'i ISLAND WILDE MOUNTAIN RANGE RAIN FORESET BOAR HUNTING ANTE-MORTEM HUNTER INSPECTION ) providing Field Hunting Guidelines & Humane Handling . I provide instructions to plant personnel regarding the disposition of carcasses. I enforced USDA regulations, I have experience working on traditional evisceration lines, Mistro evisceration lines, Sist and New Tech lines. I conduct hands on food safety and non food safety consumer protection activities such as zero tolerance task, conducted samples for salmonella and campylobacter (campy) and listeria. I perform good commercial practice task, humane handling, post chill, pre chill test and Pre op. I document non compliances when I observe bad manufacturing practices, bad hygienic practices and insanitary conditions. I review records, HACCP plans to verify everything is in compliance according to 9CFR My job as a consumer safety inspector allows me to verify food safety and animal welfare everyday.Assist with Emergency Management Operations. I consistently perform my duties in a manner that projects a positive and professional image of the USDA.
