Major achievements: - • Implemented a project for Power Grid Of India (A Government of India undertaking). There are over 350 sites (DWDM and SDH) spread all over India. • I have made a system, which captures information from all the areas in project i.e. implementation, admin, sales, finance etc and makes it available to every one in the project on Intranet. It is updated in real time and anybody in Project Management Office, HQ and other office in other cities can view the status, generate a report as per requirement, edit it if they are authorized to do so. Hence the information on Site status, Inventory, revenue, technical issues and whatever one can need in PMO resides a few clicks away.
