It is updated in real time and anybody in Project Management Office, HQ and other office in other cities can view the status, generate a report as per requirement, edit it if they are authorized to do so. Hence the information on Site status, Inventory, revenue, technical issues and whatever one can need in PMO resides a few clicks away.
