    I produced and programmed the "Leaders of Tomorrow" show on ET Now and similar projects for the Times Network's channels, including ET Now, Mirror Now, and Times Now. My primary focus was on conceptualizing and executing ideas for the show from start to finish. I managed the entire lifecycle of the show, from ideation, research, reporting, scripting, to ensuring the show's high-quality broadcast.I was responsible for creating scripts, AVs, vignettes, and ensuring the on-air quality of long and short-format episodes and shot offsite extensively for various other weekend shows across Times Now and ET Now. I conducted research and reported on industry trends, identified emerging startups, and monitored developments for key players across small and medium enterprises.I managed the show's social media presence across various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I also directed on-ground events for the show and handled production, client servicing, and event management companies to ensure smooth broadcasting.
