    Nayar has had many years of experience in educating individuals on South Asian arts and performance. Nayar develops, implements, and evaluates dance and music education for the year and hires, supervises, and evaluates additional artists and teachers for instructional programs as need arises. Nayar has focused a lot on development of Programming through self-produced events, collaborative productions, residencies, workshops, and exchanges. Nayar has held several successful events by planning annual calendar for dance and music production, directing productions each calendar year, and manages the auditions and rehearsals for performance troupe members. Nayar leads Mandala Arts as a spokesperson for the organization's artistic purpose via speaking engagements, public and social appearances, and at fundraising events. Nayar has spent a lot of time fostering the development of good relations with other cultural organizations, globally, by participating in meetings and joint activities where appropriate.
