    As part of the Google Collaboration & Communication team, I worked on creating a new feature for admins of Google Workspace. The goal was to create a Proof of Concept & convince the team to take the project up, I'm glad to say that this was achieved. I engaged in cross functional collaboration to:- Obtain & synthesise existing research & stakeholder requirements- Conducted secondary research including a competitive analysis- Strategically arrived at & prioritised use cases- Involved in iterative ideation- Conducted a round of usability testing- Worked closely with a software development intern to develop the feature

I led a team of 4 UX designers in creating a highly interactive website platform for the TechExpo exhibiton & collaborated with the development team to build it out within a month.
