I joined Zoho as a technical support engineer handling the technical support for Zoho CRM. I had to handle calls and emails. Then I started providing online demo to the customers and started doing the data migration for the customers. Later, I was promoted as a team leader with a team of 10 members. I started doing pre-sales activities for Zoho CRM by acting as a technical consultant for the customers evaluating Zoho CRM.I was then promoted as a Manager for Zoho CRM Customer Support. This includes, post sales support, data migration, customer retention. Now, apart from Zoho CRM, I am also taking care of Zoho Contact Manager, Zoho Social, Zoho Motivator, Zoho CRM Plus and Zoho One. Zoho One is a complete business suite needed for your business.I am now handling nearly 5 different teams.
