Supported a team of 3 General Managers and 90 sales executives on multi-million dollar bids including direct sales and partnerships with Microsoft, SAP, Peoplesoft, EMC, STK and major ISVs and integrators.• Drove financial processes resulting in a profit turnaround in 2 quarters, with the best and most consistent sales performance in North America.• Regularly managed receivables around 20 days outstanding.• Led development of corporate revenue recognition process in light of SEC pronouncements CFO for a $300M multi-plant multi-country business unit encompassing engineering, marketing, manufacturing and significant OEM procurement relationships with EMC and STK• Directed a product migration program that resulted in corporate profit improvements of over $30M• Managed several downsizing projects resulting in cost savings of $7M and directed plant and procurement consolidations yielding $5M annually.• Drove financial processes behind storage group's profit improvement of over 300% over 2 years, resulting in a leadership position among all Unisys product groups.
