    •Studio infrastructure in Raheja IT Park for 87000 sqft area with all possible infrastructure for best studio in world like highly equipped data center, screening room for movie review , large cafeteria in year 2008•Studio set up in ILFS and Fortune 2000 building in record time for peak production for the size 35000 sqft•Part of implementation for the facility as ISO 27001/2013•PRANA was one of few company in Mumbai, where we have implemented open access power in electrical distribution system to save the power cost by 10~15% per month.•Ensuring facility team is doing regular maintenance of cooling and electrical system do avoid any kind failure during production. •Direct dealing with OEM like Dell, HP , IBM to have better pricing and connectivity with our technical team. •As part of process we call for minimum three quote from vendors to select the best price with personal discussion with vendors. •All vendors selected with due diligence and with vendor registration process. •Working with CG software Vendor like Autodesk, Foundry , SideFX company for getting better pricing. •Working with cloud vendor like AWS, Azure , Google and IBM for doing rendering work during peak production time. •Arranging rental render servers during peak rendering work , price what we received from vendors are completive than other users in industries. •Arranging workstation rental machines from different vendor with competitive price during peak production. •Co-ordinating with IT, Tech and production team for optimizing the use of CG software for production as it is one of expensive component in CG industries. •Liasioning with landlord to reduce the rent with negotiation, our current premises rent is same as what we paid in year 2008, we are able to retain same rate what we paid earlier due to our negotiation skill.
