    Townrush(now acquihired by Grofers) was an urban logistics and on demand delivery platform that enables anyone to get local goods delivered in a city within hours. Its novel platform connects merchants and customers to local logistics service providers, who pick up and deliver products anywhere within the city.  Strengthened the company with the co-founders to rise from zero to 200+ local Field Executives (Delivery Persons) and 300+ orders per day with the company still being in molding stage. Trained and directed local field executives to improve service quality by executing behavioral training, customer service skills and app use tutorials with the help of an HR agency. Regulated the increasing daily orders, managed credit cycles of all the on boarded clients and lead two data entry operators to maintain the documents and data like daily orders data, clients’ data, field executives’ data, etc. Contributed to the product management by providing: a) inputs for product improvements for the issues experienced in iterations; b) minor inputs to improve mobile app user experience. Gained insights on business development expertise and connected with various clients from different sectors like pharmacy, laundry, food-chains, supermarkets, grocery, etc. in major areas of Bangalore.
