I adapted the benefit packages to comply with Thai labour law. Ensured the hotel was compliant with Thai immigration law (obtaining visas and work permits, etc.)Achievements: Helped Outrigger to be one of the most respected hotel chains in Thailand. Assisted in their growth and profitability in the Thai market.
