    During my first year, the client I was assigned to is one of the biggest retail chains in America specialising in housewares. Responsibilities included: - Assessing the quality of contact center customer service chats and calls. - Assessing the quality of the customer service chatbot. - Creating decks for the client for quality and process improvements. During my second year, I got a new client. The client is a tech company included in FAANG. Responsibilities and achievements include: - Studying existing policies, identifying loopholes, and building case studies to improve them. - Creating a journey map for developers and recommending improvements. This was a project wherein I was the sole person responsible for everything. - Led a project for creating a Value Stream Map of various workflows within the client. This involved mapping the current state, identifying waste and inefficiencies, and then designing an implementation plan for improvement.

    Achievements/Tasks:- A data analyst under the Management, Reporting, and Analytics (MRA) tribe working on risk and finance. - I am responsible for maintaining the Commercial Property Finance (CPF) Loss Given Default (LGD) model for regulatory purposes. - Tasks include learning, updating, and documenting existing code in SAS and SQL, which is then rerun to generate a dataset for monitoring. - Many data sources (some local, some centralized) are gathered, collated, and cleaned before feeding into the LGD model. - The output of the LGD and Realised LGD model goes through critical data quality checks before releasing to RiskHub, ING's unit for risk modelling and data science. - All tasks above are done through an agile way of working.
