      Sole responsibility for the Document intake procedures in the Admissions and Records, Disabilities Services, and Graduate School offices on campus using Singularity (Hershey Systems) Document workflow/process design for all incoming documents, which number in the tens of thousands per month. Work on the back end of the system using Java, SQL, and HTML to design aforementioned "workflows," or automated processes for the documents to increase efficiencies of processing. Singlehandedly reconfigured how the office handled incoming credentials to eliminate a multiple month backlog of documents, thus increasing the reputation of the University with high schools nation-wide. Instrumental in the offices' transition to being completely paperless. I also liaise with other departments on campus, in an effort to start them on scanning documents, eventually moving forward to a completely paperless campus. Additionally, I have created numerous PDF forms that are fillable online to help with not only the paperless process, but also aiding our customers (students) with ease of use issues, so they do not need to come to the office for every single issue they have. To make these forms dynamic, I make liberal use of Javascript, allowing the forms to customize themselves for each user.Digitized and eliminated an extremely outdated process that had been in use for over 15 years.Write reports in Campus Solutions using SQL to pull data in relation to document management.Create and distribute comprehensive and highly detailed training documents related to end-user processes.
