I create all of the materials used by CCTA, manage our brand and ensure its consistency. This includes the creation of brochures, publications, guidance papers and email communications (using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop). I create our marketing opportunities and sponsorship packages, which I then promote to associate members. This includes the content and pricing of packages along with any sales related discussions. I manage the online and physical events for CCTA. These range from small roundtables and member summits to the annual conference. This includes planning, budgeting, promotion, marketing and execution. I manage our production and event schedules so we hit our content and networking targets. I then diarise accordingly to ensure that publication and event planning commences so that we hit our deadlines. As part of a small team, I also assist with other areas of the association. An example of this is the overhaul and deployment of our suite of legal agreements and statutory documents. Factors considered included improvements to readability, useability and visibility on our website.Currently, I am working on a re-design of our website. I plan to place a greater focus on the areas of the association that we have improved over the last two years. In addition to highlighting our latest work, I also want to draw attention to revenue streams outside of membership, such as the sale of our legal agreements, non-member conference bookings and potentially a new online training portal.

I organised and promoted Art in the Pen and Crafts in the Pen. Both of these events are large scale, longstanding and well regarded in the community. I developed the application process and was wholly responsible for marketing activity (including advertising, website creation and maintenance, content creation, managing the social media and mailing lists). Both events host up to 230 exhibitors and welcome between 3,000 and 5,000 visitors each year.
