    Contract-based services as an analyst and manager, building off a 20-plus year track record of investment research and management with major investment banks. Operating since early 2017 through Elveden Advisors, with solutions achieved and communicated through rigorous attention to financials and valuation.Previous client engagements have included:- Enhanced Datasystems Ltd. (trading as EFA), a leading developer of equities research software (modelling/authoring/workflow) based in Hong Kong. In my role as Analyst, Sales and Support, I helped develop and support the North American client base (2017-2020). - Elegant Cloud Solutions, a Vancouver-based solutions provider of Adaptive Insights, a leading cloud-based corporate performance management (CPM) tool. As a consultant at ECS, I developed FP&A models for companies in diverse industries including software, retail and transportation, achieving accreditation as a Certified Adaptive Planner (2018-early 2019);- Nighthawk Capital, an early-stage, financials-focused hedge fund based in Hong Kong, where I developed and implemented an investment framework for, and ongoing coverage of, the Asian real estate sector with a geographic focus on Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Japan (2015); - Forensic Asia Ltd., an independent research house (affiliated with Asianomics) based in Hong Kong, where I produced periodic thematic investment research on the Macau gaming sector (licensed by the Hong Kong SFC for type 4 regulated activities (advising on securities)) (2012-2013); and- The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank), for whom I developed high-level M&A tactics for Asia and Latin/Central America from offices in Hong Kong, Vancouver and Toronto in a director-level role. Specifically, I evaluated and analyzed financial institutions markets and potential acquisition targets using customized analytical/valuation framework, and produced and delivered senior-level presentation material (2004-2005).
