    In September 2013, I transferred to the Fabrication department to work on a new contract for Gulfstream, Operating a Hufford A12, stretch forming aluminium extrusions to form the fuselage frame. As a new process for the company, I worked closely with the Engineering department on required heat treatments, process development and the introduction of roll bending, using a Zopf 3 roll machine, successfully reducing the costs of manufacturing considerably. In this stimulating and challenging role, I have achieved highly across all areas, including notable results in the development of the production process through repeat-ability trials and lab testing, data collection of systems and process to increase productivity, heat treatment process, masking parts for chemical treatments and paint, final inspection of part dimensions and form.
