    - Analyzed Technical Support call center tickets and Project Manager requests to Data Operations to identify data needed by Professional Services team that was unobtainable from the front-end application. Based on this analysis I built applications using VB.net, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, MS SQL Server and MS Access to pull and transform data from production and data warehouse and display it in a way that is useful to Professional Services. These tools allowed non-technical users to get data and reports faster without the need to involve either the Technical Support Center or a Data Analyst, with minimal impact to front-end production systems. - Interpreted and executed work orders by Professional Services in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, VB, and MS Access in production databases and on website for all phases of document management workflow- Data loading, data cleansing, client review, advanced searching, reporting and analytics, production of documents, and QA. All work in production had to be performed quickly and error free to meet strict internal and client contract deadlines. - Built tools using VB.net, Oracle SQL, SQL Server, Python, and MS Access to automate tasks in Data Operations. Work included a document data loader that reduced the time to load and transform client data from over an hour to a fewer than five minutes with no errors.- Programmed and automated reports with data warehouse and production data using Oracle SQL, MS SQL Server, and Crystal Reports to provide clients and Professional Services daily metrics on Attorney document review and workflow completion.- Designed queries in Texis SQL and Oracle SQL to create advanced searches on document OCR and metadata based on Attorney specifications. Analyzed search result data and designed new queries to achieve proper document hit highlighting functionality during Attorney document review on front-end website.

    - Analyzed loader file layouts and data needed from clients to create loader layout formats that can be reused for all clients. The analysis cut down the development time by standardizing Global Plus loader programs and allowed WMS to migrate new clients onto the Global Plus application in one third the time. These layouts saved the company implementation time and money by not using outside consultants to migrate each new client.- Responsible for planning test databases, data loading and transformation, accounting reconciliation, and resolving errors on client databases for UAT and implementation weekends using Ascental Datastage, MS Access, Oracle SQL, VB, and C.
