I was part of an 18 month EU sponsored project, Op Sandpiper, aimed at ATM fraud. This project exceeded expectations and had a significant effect on offences in the UK, Europe and Worldwide.     The Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) is an independent public body that was set up in March 1997 by the Criminal Appeal Act 1995.
