Led and project managed on the implementation of this strategy with renovation and relocation projects in Chicago, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Dallas, Pittsburgh, Princeton, Richmond, Wilmington, London, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, London, Munich, Paris, Hong Kong and Singapore.Working with major international real estate advisor on real estate lease and overall portfolio management; introduction of key real estate vendors and professional service providers across national and multinational projects.Responsibility for office services, procurement and vendor management, business continuity, risk management, business intake, security, travel management, secretarial services, hospitality and catering services.Led on the establishment and integration of new businesses in Singapore (‘13 and FLA established in ‘16), Nur-Sultan (February ’15), Frankfurt (June ’15), Miami (March ’17), Austin (April ’18), Leeds (August ’18), Dallas (June ’19) and Brussels (December ’19).Led the project team for the establishment of European Global Solutions Centre in Leeds in 2018. In my final role, Global Head of Facilities, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the delivery of a diverse range of hard and soft services in line with the strategic priorities of the Executive Committee and the Partnership Council. A role specifically designed to support the development of regional teams to ensure alignment with global priorities.Responsible for the management of all operating and capital budgets across a real estate portfolio of approximately 100,000 sq. m.Built an internal real estate team and led cross-functional teams for the opening and build out of new offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Moscow, Beijing, Shanghai, Bangkok, Singapore and Tokyo.Led numerous renovation and relocation projects in London, Paris, Brussels and Hong Kong.Project lead for establishment of joint business in Brussels, London and New York with then “alliance” partners, Gleiss Lutz and Stibbe.Responsible for administrative services review which resulted in the outsourcing of all London Business Services teams. At the time of implementation, in 2007, this was the largest on-shore outsourcing in the UK legal sector.
