    I am proud of the positive student feedback I have received annually while at STADIO. I am particularly proud of what I achieved during the 2020 academic year during the lockdown: I undertook the redevelopment of the Textiles and Fashion course into a blended learning online experience. As the course usually involves many practical elements which are difficult to translate into an online space, the task was particularly complex. Throughout my time as a lecturer at Stadio I was responsible for developing and further expanding on the courses below, and for the delivery of all the course material, including the creation of subject guides, assessments, lesson plans, content for in class activities and supplemental online learning, to name a few. My industry experience has been an asset in the facilitation of subjects below. The subjects I have been involved in are:• Textiles & Fashion: The focus of this subject is textile knowledge, i.e. what textiles are made of and how they are manufactured. There is also a large focus on applying textile knowledge to the field of fashion design and buying. • Fashion Practice: This subject focuses on the business side of the fashion industry, i.e. the structure of the industry, supply chains, apparel manufacturing and product development. This subject focuses on practical knowledge and skills for success in the apparel industry. • Experiential Learning: Experiential Learning helps students prepare for the world of work. During the 8-week short course students were exposed to workplace culture and behavior, preparing for interviews, and compiling profiles.

    Client relations is very important in my position at The Mill. My valuable skills as a Textile Designer has come in very handy when assisting interior designers, architects, procurement staff and sales teams in their fabric choices. I launch new ranges, assist clients with fabric queries and offer my skills where necessary. Of course I am also always busy with market & product research, as well as developing new ranges. I am also responsible for managing our website.
