    Project Manager for the relocation of Head Office operations due to expansion of production facilities. This required the complete demolition, refurbishment and modification of an existing 4,700m2 site, in order to undertake production verification/validation under the requirements of the Therapeutic Goods Administration. To gain occupancy to the building, extensive modifications to the mechanical infrastructure was also required to meet building approval. From start to completion, the project was finalised within a 6 month time frame, resulting in the successful delivery of the project at a significantly lower spend than initial budget expectations. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise on site contractors.- Manage and assign tasks to achieve best outcome including safety, sustainability, cost, schedule and quality.- Monitor and ensure environmental impact and safety meets strict compliance requirements.- Maintain accurate inventory control systems and identify and maintain parts and inventory supplies to meet production requirements.- Maintain flexible working hours environment to maximise production team efficiency.- Project manage the complete refurbishment of new site including creating new purpose-built facilities for producing laser equipment.- Ensure occupancy was met by TGA/FDA guidelines.- Liaise and facilitate audits as required.
