    As a Recreation Programmer, I oversaw the after-school program management and a summer day camp with 45 children and 80 children, respectively. Furthermore, I executed community outreach strategies via objective planning and resource allocation while building partnerships with local schools and churches, Dallas Wings, Red Cross, and community-based youth services.Following is a short list of some of my accomplishments within this position: ♦ Cultivated business partnerships and community-based relationships to establish a 20-person volunteer pool for large-scale event support.♦ Built awareness of services by leading a Teen Advisory Council with 30 in attendance per week from zero initially, positioning leaders to plan 15 events focused on mentorship, life skills, and etiquette that engaged up to 1,000 community members. ♦ Established a partnership with the Dallas Wings to develop and implement a new reading initiative across 10 Centers with 350+ enrolled children.♦ Held and led sports programs for basketball, volleyball, tennis, baseball, and soccer while teaching hands-on tennis, soccer, and basketball courses.
