      In the Consumer business Mr. Campanella grew the operating profit from 0 to 10% in 18 months and in the Science products business doubled the sales and grew the operating profit from 2 to 18% during his tenure. He managed the Corning sale of its Consumer Subsidiary successfully soliciting and leading the process resulting in seven competitive bids. The result was a Leverage Buyout by KKR where Mr. Campanella helped secure financing of $480,000,000 and transitioned it to a free standing company. During his tenure after the LBO, Campanella completed two strategic acquisitions providing a strong growth platform for the company.
