    I was promoted to co-production editor with Hilton Tarrant and had previously been his deputy production editor for the previous year's Cue. We were responsible for the design and layout of the newspaper as well as making sure it was ready for the printers on time.

    I was appointed as the Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper in charge of overseeing all aspects of production and administration. I also had to carry on in the role of chief designer as nobody was interested in doing the job.
