    The Job Training Institute is a Registered Training Organisation providing nationally recognised courses in the Community and Health sector. In my role as Supervisor, I was in charge of one of their campuses, responsible for administration, scheduling of training, and general office maintenance. In this role, I built on my expertise in office management as well as supervision and training of staff. My working knowledge of the Commonwealth and Victorian Training framework was also strengthened.

In my role I led a team of 6 officers to research schools, plan visits, schedule appointments and finally enrol and administer these admissions. The role required me to travel to Europe, more specifically ; Paris, Brussels, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, and Dusseldorf to present the program as part of the marketing strategy.
