    I started this business in the largest club of 24 Hr. Nautilus in the 1980s, it was 60,000 sq. ft. with 16,000 members. I opened a full service Cafe which served Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and I had a beer and wine license. In tandem I had a Pro-shop where I sold as well as rented a variety of sports equipment and apparel, nutritional products, towels, locks, etc.I sold this business in 1988.

    I started Anheuser as a Research Librarian (part-time), then was hired as the Receptionist on the 7th Floor of the bottling plant. I was promoted after 6 months to be a Labor Coordinator where I handled the payroll for 1300 bottlers and 135 managers. I was in this position until 1975 when I was promoted to the Engineering Dept. which oversaw all of the Engineers at all of the plants. I left AB in January 1979 due to the birth of my son and his Father was relocated by U. S. Steel out of state, to Minneapolis for 10 months and then to Sacramento by December 1979. At which time I became a stay-at-home Mom.
