    I started working at Tracker as a Receptionist. I then moved into a Personal Assistant position for the CEO, FD and Technical Director for a period of 2 years. I then moved into the HR department and performed the full payroll function for Tracker. At the time, we were only 3 people in HR/Payroll. I resigned after 5 years and then rejoined Tracker again in 2003.
