    Project Management Services, including:* Delivered an implementation of Mediware HCLL for blood banks in 4 hospitals in support of a system wide implementation of Epic, from charter through deployment and transition to support. This effort required coordination with and management of Mediware implementation consultants, two additional vendors providing data extracts from legacy systems, client analysts developing the interface to Epic, and the hospital clinical staff configuring and validating the application. Also led the related planning and initial implementation of Mediware LifeTrak (Donor and Lab) for a blood donor center, Mediware Transtem for a stem cell lab, and Mediware HCLL Analytics. (NOTE: my role was as project manager responsible for overall delivery, not as clinical or interface builder.)* Additional project work included delivering an implementation of Caraflow QuickScan wireless scanners and related software with interfaces to upstream and downstream systems, to automate the administration of employee vaccinations. Also producing the charter, budget and initial requirements for the IT portion of an emergency department physical expansion project.
