    As the Director for Startup Programs at the Global Entrepreneurship Network, I was responsible for running and growing GEN's key startup and investor programs, including the Global Business Angel Network (GBAN), Startup Huddle, and GEN Starters Club. I've worked with thousands of entrepreneurs and investors at GEN. Most notably, through the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC) each year, 100 founders who compete and win at local, national, and regional levels then fly out to Riyadh to get the chance to pitch again to earn their place in the EWC Global Finals. Each year ten companies received 1$ million in non-dilutive funding. Moreover, I organized the investment and startup tracks at the Global Entrepreneurship Congress in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at the Saudi Royale Palace in 2022 and Melbourne, Australia, in 2023.In addition, I organized Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) activities in Ohio from 2017-2020. In that time the celebration attracted more than 200 speakers, 5,000 attendees, and 50 partners.

I assessed patient cognitive response to acute trauma in the ER of the Akron Children's Hospital for the Building Resilience After Childhood Emergencies (BRACE) study. The study was supported by Case Western Reserve University and led by PI's at Kent State University.

    I was an experimental RA in the Jasnow Lab. I worked with mice to expand on existing research on the neural pathways involved in fear learning.I was also an experimental researcher in Dr. Fountain's and Dr. Riccio's Lab. I worked on animal cognition studies focused on the neuroscience of serial pattern learning and the neurotoxicology of sequential behavioral research.
