      The TB program Worker:• Meet with the Community Health Nurse when a new shipment of drugs is received to count and sign for the drugs on a new medication record.• Accompany the Community Health Nurse on the First visit to a new client.• Arrange a schedule that suits the client and worker for drug delivery.• Visit clients according to the agreed schedule to deliver the medication.• Before giving that day's dose, ask the client if they had any problems after their last dose, particularly vomiting. Report this directly to the TB Control Nurse and Community Health Nurse.• Observe the client swallowing the medication.• Retain all packaging for return to TB Control.• Record each dose on the medication record right after it is given.• Record any comments or concerns of the client and their family on the medication record.• When a dose is missed, REPORT directly to TB Control and inform the Community Health Nurse.• At the end of the prescription meet with the Community Health Nurse to count, record, and sign, for the number of empty and full packages being returned to TB Control.• Return all empty and full doses in the original packaging with the completed top sheet of the medication record to the appropriate TB Control Nurse.• Obtain weights as requested by TB Control.• Arrange for and accompany clients to TB Control clinics.• Complete required reports and/or invoice.• Notify the Community Health Nurse when unable to perform drug delivery due to illness or other
