This role entailed the provision of all-round customer service to multinational, highly influential large groups and intensive energy users. Accounts included Wincanton, B & Q Plc., Littlewoods and Whitbread. In total, I managed over 100 business accounts and dealt on a daily basis with customer appointed agencies such as Stark and Entech to establish, maintain and enhance stakeholder relationships and customer service level agreements. The role required customer care and liaison with sales account managers to support day to day operational issues and identify improvement opportunities. I arranged customer set up of contracts once terms and conditions had been agreed and managed the life of the account from the billing of electricity, invoicing and statement despatch through to dealing with the issues and queries arising from the customer and the distribution company.I maintained high standards by developing essential skills including strong planning and organisation, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to manage work under pressure and cope with change.
