The main responsibility is preparing the financial statements and ensure it's reliable and provided on time on a monthly, quarterly and annualy basis after that formulating the financial statements into a financial reviews, financial analysis, and analyzing variances On a daily basis I'm reviewing transactions to insure it's aligned with the common standards and performing the adjusting entries . in addition to Reviewing tax return reports and make sure we are providing it on a timely basis. and cooperate with the external auditor in preparing the financial statements and annual tax return. Regarding the budgets I'm responsible on preparing annaul Budget starting from arranging with the different departments to reach the best budget scenario on the departmental level ending with issuing the master budget on the company level. and reviewing it with the CFO then implementing and reviewing it on a monthly basis. Preparing monthly cash flow plan and communicate with the CFO to set priorities and insure the report is compatible with the master budget. on the other hand, cooperating with CFO to check the available financing channals to strengthen the company financial position.

Main responsibility is preparing the financial statements and make adjusting entries, depending on the financial statements i can prepare the monthly and quarterly financial reviews to be presented and analyzed to the management. Tax role is one of my core responsibilites, as I'm responsible on preparing the monthly tax return and other types of taxes like payroll tax, withholding tax .. Etc and participating in preparing the annual tax return with the external auditor When it comes to audit responsibilities, i'm doing a review on daily entries to insure it's meet the common standerds which i learnt before when i was warking as an accountant at consulting office. By virtue of my experience in preparing such financial statements, that's supported me to paricipate directly in preparing the annual budget and preparing our monthly cash flow planning and reviewing the budget to insure that the actual data are close to our plans. and providing a reasons for the variances. Regarding the other operations, i'm responsible on following with the bank to facilitate our operations like, i agreed with the bank to ease paying salaries by using E-Payroll system. Also i switched recording our daily transactions from manual recording "excel sheets" to automated recording using "SAGE50"On the other hand, I established our accounting cycle from scratch and organized our financial processes to facilitate our daily operations and to help the external auditor in annual audit processes.
